Approach:

  • Together, we will schedule an intake meeting. After the intake, we will mutually decide if it makes sense to work together.
  • By agreement, the introduction can also be extended with a conversation with a supervisor, HR officer, or manager. This is if the organisation would like to jointly establish the objectives of the process.
  • In consultation, we will use the Odin Development Compass and possibly other questionnaires. These assessments and questionnaires will quickly and effectively provide insight into your personal potential and professional issues.
  • In our follow-up conversation, we will discuss the overall case and any results from assessments and questionnaires. After each conversation, you may receive a reflection assignment, a case assignment, or a progress analysis.
  • After the final conversation, we will conclude with an evaluation. By agreement, the evaluation can also be extended with a conversation with a supervisor, HR officer, or manager. This is if the organisation would like to jointly establish the results of the process.
  • All information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties in any way.
